Guys, I know this might be automated. But it’s one way to get in contact with SyFy. Spam them. Seriously. It might not make a difference, but hey - then again, it might. Let’s all pitch in to try and tell them why canceling Eureka is a terrible, terrible idea.
I made a “Please don’t cancel Eureka” facebook page. idk if it’s a lame idea but I thought it can’t hurt! I just don’t want to let it get canceled without at least *trying* to do something to keep it on the air!
If the bridge device existed irl, I would pull a Beverly, steal it and travel back in time to fire whoever is responsible for canceling Eureka, and replace them with people who appreciate the brilliance of the show.

Eureka’s Season Six Agreement Reneged
Right on the heels of an excellent episode tonight SYFY FUCKING RENEGED THEIR AGREEMENT.
I am so upset. Can we all petition SyFy? Quickly?

Just a quick note to say I’m sorry if my post scared anyone yesterday.. I thought if Colin Ferguson, the STAR of the show, is tweeting that he’s finished and the show is over, that must be official right? Apparently he was wrong, and SyFy is not canceling Eureka. THANK GOODNESS. Sorry for any confusion I caused.. I was just as confused as you (and CF lol) but thankfully it’s all cleared up now and everything is a-okay! Phew!!! :D

Ok, I saw another article that says SyFy ordered only 6 episodes for season 6, and that has led to speculation (including speculation by Colin Ferguson, who retracted his tweet & said he’ll post more info tomorrow) that Eureka had been canceled. I have no idea what’s going on, but I’m just going to hope desperately that this is just a shorter sixth season, not an end to the series!! Hopefully SyFy will clarify this whole situation tomorrow!
